Common use of Suits by Subscription Receiptholders Clause in Contracts

Suits by Subscription Receiptholders. All or any of the rights conferred on the holder of any Subscription Receipt by the terms of the Subscription Receipt Certificate representing such Subscription Receipt or of this Agreement may be enforced by such holder by appropriate legal proceedings but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred on the Subscription Receipt Agent to proceed in the name thereof or on behalf of the holders of Subscription Receipts to enforce each and every provision herein contained for the benefit of the Subscription Receiptholders.
