Suite Term Sample Clauses

The Suite Term clause defines the duration for which a suite or group of services, products, or agreements remains in effect. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end dates of the suite's validity, and may outline conditions for renewal, extension, or early termination. By clearly establishing the timeframe of the suite's applicability, this clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and rights during the agreed period, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes over the term of the agreement.
