SUITE KEYS Clause Samples
The "Suite Keys" clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the distribution, use, and return of keys to a suite or leased premises. Typically, it specifies who is authorized to hold keys, the process for issuing additional keys, and the obligations for returning all keys at the end of the lease or upon termination. This clause helps ensure security and access control for the property, preventing unauthorized entry and clarifying liability if keys are lost or not returned.
