Suitability and Possession of Land. 3.3.1 The Project SPV is satisfied about the suitability of any lands provided in terms of the Sub-Lease Agreements(s) or procured by the Project SPV for the Project from private landowners. MSAPL and/or MSEDCL shall not be responsible in any manner for any non-suitability of any land provided/procured for the Project for any reason.
