Sufficient Knowledge. The Member acknowledges that he or she has (a) been provided access to or been furnished with sufficient facts and information to evaluate and make an informed decision with respect to the redemption of the redeemed Profits Interests pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, (b) read and understands all of such information, (c) been provided sufficient opportunity to ask questions and all of such questions have been answered to his or her full satisfaction, (d) not relied on any oral or written representations made by or on behalf of Group Holdings or any of its affiliates (other than as set forth in this Agreement) and shall not construe or rely on any communication or documentation from or on behalf of Group Holdings or any of its affiliates as investment, legal or tax advice and (e) obtained such advice (including without limitation the advice of counsel of the Member’s choosing) as he or she deemed appropriate in order to make an informed decision with respect to the redemption of the redeemed Profits Interests pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Member acknowledges and agrees that the Redemption Price represents the fair market value of the redeemed Profits Interests.
Sufficient Knowledge. The Purchaser has sufficient knowledge and experience in investing in companies similar to the Company in terms of the Company's stage of development so as to be able to evaluate the risks and merits of its investment in the Company and it is able financially to bear the risks thereof. The Purchaser has had an opportunity to discuss the Company's business, management and financial affairs with the Company's management.

MNCC acknowledges and agrees that the Redemption Price represents the fair market value of the Redeemed Interests.
Sufficient Knowledge. Dealer’s sales representatives shall acquire and maintain sufficient knowledge of the industry and products competitive with each Product (including specifications, features, and benefits) so as to be able to explain in detail to the End Users the differences between the Product and competing products.
Sufficient Knowledge. Mostphotos is responsible for ensuring that every natural person with access to the personal data processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions has sufficient knowledge to process the personal data in a secure and efficient manner.
