Sufficient Counterparts. All certificates, agreements, legal opinions and other documents and papers referred to in this Section 3, unless otherwise specified, shall be delivered to Lender and shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lender (unless the form thereof is prescribed herein) and Borrower shall deliver sufficient counterparts of all such materials for distribution to Lender and each Co-Lender.
