Sufficient Consideration. I agree that my at-will employment, or continued at-will employment, constitutes sufficient consideration for this Agreement. I further agree the parties hereto intend that this Agreement shall apply for the duration of my employment with PCM without regard to any change in my position with PCM which may occur between the effective date of this Agreement and the termination of my employment with PCM.
