Common use of Sufficient Consideration Clause in Contracts

Sufficient Consideration. The alignment of the 2019 Plan document and Agreement with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code, as referenced in the introductory paragraph hereof, effected by this Amendment constitutes good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by the Executive’s acceptance of the this Amendment.
