Successors and Assigns; Assignment of Servicing Agreement. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Servicer and Purchaser and the respective successors and assigns of Servicer and Purchaser. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the rights and obligations of either Party under this Agreement shall not be assigned without the prior written consent of the other Party, and any such assignment without the prior written consent of the other Party shall be null and void.
