Successful Migration Clause Samples

Successful Migration. A "Successfully Migrated" Installed Line and a "Successfully Installed" Pending Line shall be defined as an End User who has executed a new services agreement with Covad or its designee ("New Service Agreement") and had his/her or its xDSL line is operationally transitioned, or installed, as the case may be, to Covad or its designee. Covad shall forward to Seller status reports that provide detailed status of all Acquired Lines.
