Common use of Subversion, Disruption or Interference Clause in Contracts

Subversion, Disruption or Interference. At no time during the term hereof shall Executive, directly or indirectly, interfere, induce, influence, combine or conspire with, or attempt to induce, influence, combine or conspire with, any of the employees or sponsors of, or consultants to, the Company to terminate their relationship with or compete or ally against the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company in the business in which the Company or any one of its subsidiaries or affiliates is presently engaged.

Subversion, Disruption or Interference. At no time during the term hereof and thereafter, shall Executive, directly or indirectly, interfere, induce, influence, combine or conspire with, or attempt to induce, influence, combine or conspire with, any of the employees or sponsors of, or consultants to, the Company to terminate their relationship with or compete or ally against the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company in the business in which the Company or any one of its subsidiaries or affiliates is presently engagedengaged or in which the Company or any one of its subsidiaries or affiliates desires to engage in the future.
