Subtenant Covenants. Subtenant covenants to Sublandlord that: a. Subtenant will perform in a timely and complete manner all Obligations of Subtenant under this Sublease. b. Subtenant will perform in a timely and complete manner all Obligations of Tenant under the Master Lease to the extent the Obligations relate to the Sublease Space. c. Subtenant has reviewed and understands the terms of the Master Lease and this Sublease.
