Substitution of Custodian. The Sponsoring Organization may at any time appoint as substitute for the Custodian named in the Adoption Agreement another entity or person(s) that satisfies the requirements of Section 408(a) of the Code, provided that the Sponsoring Organization shall notify the Employer in writing at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of any such appointment.
