Substitute Instruction Sample Clauses
A Substitute Instruction clause allows one party to provide alternative directions or requirements in place of the original instructions specified in an agreement. In practice, this means that if circumstances change or the original instructions become impractical, the party with the right to issue substitute instructions can do so, provided they notify the other party and the new instructions remain within the scope of the contract. This clause ensures flexibility in contract performance, enabling parties to adapt to unforeseen situations without breaching the agreement.
