Substantiating Information Clause Samples
The Substantiating Information clause requires parties to provide supporting documentation or evidence to verify claims, statements, or representations made under the agreement. In practice, this may involve submitting invoices, receipts, technical reports, or other records that demonstrate compliance with contractual obligations or justify requests such as payments or extensions. This clause ensures transparency and accountability by obligating parties to substantiate their assertions, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and misunderstandings.
