SUBSTANTIAL RISK. Such Contributor understands that an investment in the Operating Partnership and FAC involves substantial risks; and such Contributor has had the opportunity to review all documents and information which it has requested concerning its investment in the Operating Partnership and FAC and has had the opportunity to ask questions of the management of the Operating Partnership and FAC, which questions, if any, were answered to its satisfaction.
