Substantial Completion Package. Within ten (10) business days after the University confirms that the work is substantially complete pursuant to the procedures set forth in this Article 7, the University shall prepare and deliver a Substantial Completion package to the ESCO, containing:

Within ten (10) business days after the University confirms that the work is substantially complete pursuant to the procedures set forth in this Article 7, the University shall prepare and deliver a Substantial Completion package to the ESCO, containing: 7.3.4.1 Acceptance Certificate; 7.3.4.2 Punch list of items to be completed or corrected; 7.3.4.3 The time within which punch list items shall be completed or corrected; and 7.3.4.4 Date and time the University shall take possession of the ECMs.
