Common use of Substantial Completion Inspections Clause in Contracts

Substantial Completion Inspections. Conduct substantial completion inspections when requested by the contractor and the RPR recommends that the work is sufficiently complete to warrant a substantial completion inspection. The following substantial completion inspections are contemplated: ▪ One (1) substantial completion inspection During the substantial completion inspection the inspection staff will prepare initial punch list items requiring completion or correction to the satisfaction of City. The RPR will be responsible for maintaining the punch-list and issuing updates to the punch-list on a periodic basis.
