Subsidiary Liability. Notwithstanding anything in this Security Agreement to the contrary, each Subsidiary’s obligations hereunder shall not exceed the maximum amount that would not be subject to avoidance under fraudulent conveyance, fraudulent transfer, and other similar laws.
