Common use of Subservicer Clause in Contracts

Subservicer. (a) The Servicer may enter into subservicing agreements with one or more subservicers for the servicing and administration of any or all of the Lease Agreements. References in this Agreement to actions taken, to be taken, permitted to be taken, or restrictions on actions permitted to be taken, by the Servicer in servicing the Lease Agreements shall include actions taken, to be taken, permitted to be taken, or restrictions on actions permitted to be taken, by a subservicer on behalf of the Servicer. Each subservicing agreement will be upon such terms and conditions as are not inconsistent with this Agreement and the standard of care set forth herein and as the Servicer and the subservicer have agreed. All compensation payable to a subservicer under a subservicing agreement shall be payable by the Servicer from its servicing compensation or otherwise from its own funds.
