Subsequent Years Minimum. For each quarter of Years 3 through 8, if Comshare's payments of Eligible Minimum Fees including any prepayment carry-forward) do not equal * Arbor may elect to terminate this Agreement, upon six months' notice given after the end of the quarter for which the minimum was not achieved.
