Common use of Subsequent Transfer Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Transfer. If Lender, by succeeding to the interest of Mortgagor under the Lease, should become obligated to perform the covenants of Mortgagor thereunder, then, upon any further transfer of Mortgagor’s interest by Lender, all of such obligations shall terminate as to Lender.

Subsequent Transfer. If Lender, by succeeding to the interest of Mortgagor under the Lease, should become obligated to perform the covenants of Mortgagor thereunder, then, upon any further transfer of Mortgagor’s 's interest by Lender, all of such obligations shall terminate as to Lender.
