SUBSEQUENT TO LAUNCH DATE. Following the Launch Date, Impresse will pay to Adobe on a quarterly basis Referral Fees according to the schedule outlined in Table A below. The Referral Fees with respect to each year that an Adobe Sourced Customer remains a customer of the Printing Service will be calculated by multiplying the "Applicable Percentage" by the Net Revenue received by Impresse from Adobe Sourced Customers for such year. The Applicable Percentage for a particular year shall be as set forth in Table A below. Year 1 of customer activity begins when the customer account is opened in the Co-Branded Area. These payments will be made within thirty days of the end of each quarter, Impresse will only be required to make such payments to the extent that they exceed the guaranteed minimum payments set forth in Table B of Section 6.1.3.

  • COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This agreement is executed as of the date of the last signature and is effective through at which time it will expire. The expiration date is the final date for completion of all work activities under this agreement.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.

  • TIME OF COMPLETION This project’s start date is scheduled for November 20, 2020, and completion date is May 28, 2021. The Contractor agrees to proceed with the work expeditiously without any delay or cessation, except such as may reasonably be beyond his control, and to employ a force of workmen sufficient so to perform the work covered by this Contract in such manner as to expedite the work of such other Contractors as may be engaged upon the work, as further provided in the Instructions to Bidders, to the end that the work to be performed by the Contractor shall be fully completed on or before the 28th day of May, 2021, subject to such adjustment of said date as may be made in accordance with this Contract. It is specifically agreed that the Contractor shall be bounden for damages, as hereinafter provided, for each and every day's delay which may be due or traceable to the Contract. In case the Contractor shall fail to perform fully the Contract within the agreed time limit, he shall pay to the City of Milwaukee, as liquidated damages for such default, the sum of $250.00 per day for each and every day's delay in completing the performance thereof after such time limit.

  • Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.
