Common use of Subsequent Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Reporting Requirements. In accordance with State Board Policy 1030, available at the Internet link in Exhibit L, the CSB shall work with the Department through the VACSB DMC to ensure that current data and reporting requirements are consistent with each other and the current Core Services Taxonomy, the current CCS 3, and the federal substance abuse Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) and other federal reporting requirements. The CSB also shall work with the Department through the VACSB DMC in planning and developing any additional reporting or documentation requirements beyond those identified in this contract to ensure that the requirements are consistent with the current taxonomy, the current CCS 3, and the TEDS and other federal reporting requirements.
