Subsequent Repayments. In the event that the availability or amount of any deduction referred to in this Section 7.4 is determined only after payment by the Sellers of the amount otherwise required pursuant to this Article VII, the Purchaser shall repay to the Sellers as promptly as practicable after such determination any such payments that the Sellers would not have had to make pursuant to this Article VII had such determination been made at or prior to the time of such payment.
