Subsequent Reassignment Sample Clauses

The Subsequent Reassignment clause defines the process and conditions under which rights, obligations, or interests under an agreement may be transferred to another party after the initial assignment. Typically, this clause outlines any required consents, notifications, or limitations on further transfers, such as prohibiting reassignment without the original party’s approval or specifying certain circumstances where reassignment is permitted. Its core function is to provide clarity and control over the future transferability of contractual rights, thereby preventing unauthorized or undesirable changes in the parties involved.
