Subsequent Leave Clause Samples

The 'Subsequent Leave' clause defines the rules and conditions under which an individual may take additional periods of leave following an initial approved leave. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, notice requirements, and any limitations on the frequency or duration of subsequent leave periods. For example, it may specify that an employee must return to work for a minimum period before qualifying for another leave or that certain types of leave cannot be taken consecutively. The core function of this clause is to provide structure and predictability around repeated absences, ensuring both the individual's needs and the organization's operational requirements are balanced.
