Common use of Subsequent Documents Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Documents. From time to time following the Second Closing Date, each of the Parties agrees to execute and deliver and cause their respective affiliates to execute and deliver to the other Party such additional documents and instruments and to perform such additional acts as such Parties or their respective affiliates may determine to be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, carry out and perform all of the terms, provisions and conditions of this Agreement.
