Subsequent Consents Sample Clauses

Subsequent Consents. Notwithstanding the further assurances provisions of Section 15.1, following execution of this Agreement, Seller shall use reasonable efforts to obtain such subsequent consents as may be required from third -parties with whom Seller has contractual privity to allow the parties hereto to experience the benefits of the transactions contemplated hereunder; provided, however, Seller shall not be required to commence or fund any litigation, or otherwise expend any funds, to obtain any such third party consents.

Subsequent Consents. Consent by Landlord to any assignment, subletting, use, occupancy, transfer or encumbrance, or any other Transfer made pursuant to this Lease, shall not operate to relieve Tenant from any covenant or obligation hereunder or be deemed to be a consent to or relieve Tenant from obtaining Landlord's consent to any subsequent assignment, subletting, use, occupancy, transfer of encumbrance by Tenant or anyone claiming by, through or under Tenant.

Subsequent Consents. After the date hereof, TEL shall continue to use all reasonable endeavours (assisted if necessary by Newco) to obtain any outstanding landlord's consent at Newco's cost in respect of any Property (which is not an Elected Property) and keep Newco informed of progress in obtaining such consents.

Subsequent Consents. The Subsequent Consents relating to such Subsequent Facility shall have been obtained.
