Common use of Subsequent Acquisition of Shares Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Acquisition of Shares. Any securities of the Company acquired subsequent to the date hereof by a Stockholder shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and such shares shall be considered to be “shares of Common Stock” as such term is used herein for purposes of this Agreement.
