Common use of Subsection 5 Clause in Contracts

Subsection 5. 1(A) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by changing the reference to "subsection 5.1(J)" contained in clause (1) thereof to "subsection 5.1(H)."

Subsection 5. 1(A1(F) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by changing the reference to "subsection 5.1(J)" contained in clause (12) thereof to "subsection 5.1(H)"."
