Subsection 5. 4. Subsection 5.4(B) is amended by adding the following sentence at the end thereof, to the extent this representation applies to Holdings, such representation shall only apply to Holdings as of the date of the consummation of the Mergers, provided, however, Borrower agrees to provide to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ from time to time, upon written request therefor, an updated capitalization schedule.
