Common use of Subsection 2 Clause in Contracts

Subsection 2. 13(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference to “Section 2.04(b)(iii)” therein with “Section 2.04(c)(iii)”.

Subsection 2. 13(a06(c)(ii) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference therein to “Section 2.04(b)(iii2.04(b)” therein with “Section 2.04(c)(iii2.04(c)”.
