Subscription to Software. Ford Pro will license to Customer, and Customer will purchase such license from Ford Pro via Subscription, the Software identified in one or more Sales Orders, for use by Customer and, as applicable, its Operators, throughout the Software Term. Subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions hereof, Licensor grants to Licensee a non- exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the Trusted Knight software ("Software") for Licensee’s internal business purposes in connection with the website(s) ("Website(s)") and or services specified in the quotation ("Quotation") issued by Licensor or its authorized reseller or distributor from which Licensee has purchased a license to access and use the Software as set forth herein ("Reseller"). The foregoing license is also subject to the access and use restrictions specified in the Quotation.
