Subscription Support Services Sample Clauses
The Subscription Support Services clause defines the scope and nature of support provided to subscribers as part of their service agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of assistance available, such as technical help, troubleshooting, or customer service, and may specify response times, support channels, and hours of availability. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations for the level of support subscribers can rely on, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring consistent service quality.
Subscription Support Services. Butterfly will provide to Client reasonable technical support, maintenance, and generally available updates. Client shall not contract with or otherwise allow a third party to provide assistance or support for the Subscription Services or Devices without the prior written consent of Butterfly.
Subscription Support Services. During the Initial Support Term and any Renewal Support Term, HEARTLAND shall render the Subscription support services set forth in this section (“Support Services”) to CUSTOMER subject to:
(i) CUSTOMER's payment of the Support Fees set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and (ii) CUSTOMER s compliance with its obligations set forth in this Agreement.
