Common use of Subscription Services Users Clause in Contracts

Subscription Services Users. Subject to the limits set forth in the Order Form, Customer may authorize, via the Salesforce LMA (License Management Application), if applicable, Customer’s named employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, partners, or agents to use the Subscription Service by supplying user identifications and passwords for such individuals (“Users”). Additionally, if applicable, Users may use Service Events, SMS Events, or Conga Sign Transactions subject to the limits set forth in the Order Form. Customer may increase the number of Users, Service Events, or SMS Events pursuant to an add-on Order Form(s). Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Order Form, the term of the additional User subscriptions will be coterminous with the expiration of the then current Subscription Term.
