Subscription Services Term Sample Clauses

Subscription Services Term. The initial term of Subscription Services commences on the Subscription Start Date specified in the Ordering Documents and continues for the length of time set forth therein. Subscription Services shall automatically renew at the end of a term (whether the initial term or a renewal term) unless either party gives written notice of termination at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the term. The length of the renewal term shall be the same as that of the ending term. The initial term and renewal term(s) are collectively referred to as the Subscription Services Term.
