Subscription Services Billing. Franchisee shall be solely responsible for all billing and collection of all rates and charges for the Work that is provided on either a subscription or flat- fee basis and does not require the purchase or tendering of a Sticker. Franchisee shall ▇▇▇▇ all Customers directly. The City shall have no responsibility for the billing of any account, or the collection. Customers shall be permitted to pay bills from Franchisee at any time prior to the 15th day of the last month of each three-month billing cycle.
