Common use of Subscription Processing Fee Clause in Contracts

Subscription Processing Fee. The Company shall pay the Advisor as compensation for the services described in Section 3.04(iv) hereof a monthly fee (the “Subscription Processing Fee”) in an amount equal to $35 per subscription agreement for Shares received and processed by the Advisor.
