Subscription Pause Sample Clauses
Subscription Pause. After the initial three (3) months of Subscription payments, Client may request a pause in monthly Subscription billing under the following conditions:
a) Client is current on Subscription payments and has no past-due balance from previous month(s) invoicing
b) Subscription billing can be paused up to a maximum of three (3) months per calendar year.
c) The pause duration is a consecutive period. Consecutive pauses or extensions beyond the maximum duration may not be approved by STG except under special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis by STG.
d) Client must request the pause my contacting STG client support at least three (3) business days before the next billing cycle. Client must provide both a reason and dates for the pause request to be considered.
e) During the approved pause period, Client will not be billed any Subscription fees. However, access to paid subscription features on STG’s technology platforms, including the learning management system may be disabled, including access to e-learning training courses and other group coaching services. Access to premium STG coaching services and tools may also be disabled.
f) Client subscription will automatically resume on the scheduled reactivation date, with full access to all tech platforms and coaching services. Client will be billed the normal subscription rate on the next scheduled billing date after reactivation.
