Subscription Materials. “Subscription Materials” means the policy manuals, supplemental policy publications, daily training bulletins and other materials provided by Lexipol to Agency from time to time during the term of this Agreement under the subscriptions purchased by Agency as specified in Exhibit A.
Subscription Materials. You have a non-exclusive subscription and right, subject to the terms and conditions of the Services Agreement and these Terms and Conditions (together, this “Agreement”), to use the Documentation and the executable form of the Software in connection with your subscription to the Subscription Services. The Software and the Documentation are collectively referred to as the "Subscription Materials." You may use the Subscription Materials and equipment provided by us only so long as you have paid the applicable fees for Subscription Services to which the Subscription Materials relate. The Customer acknowledges that for a multi-year Subscription, the annual subscription fees are either (a) due up front for the entire subscription; or
(b) are due and payable for each year upfront on the anniversary of the Subscription (i.e., second year fees are due on the first anniversary) and in either event the fees are non-cancelable.
