Common use of Subscription for the Units Clause in Contracts

Subscription for the Units. The Subscriber hereby confirms its irrevocable subscription for and offer to purchase the Units from the Corporation, on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement, for the Subscription Price which is payable as described in Article 4 hereto.

Subscription for the Units. The Subscriber Purchaser hereby confirms its irrevocable subscription for and offer to purchase the Units from the CorporationPartnership that number of Units indicated on page III of this Subscription Agreement, on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement, for the Subscription Price Amount which is payable as described in Article 4 hereto4.

Subscription for the Units. The Subscriber hereby confirms its irrevocable subscription for and offer to purchase the Units from the Corporation, on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement, for the Subscription Price Amount which is payable as described in Article 4 hereto. The Units are immediately severable into their constituent Common Shares and Warrants. The Units, Unit Shares, Warrants and Warrant Shares are collectively referred to as the “Securities.”

The Subscriber Buyer hereby confirms its irrevocable subscription for and an offer to purchase the Units from the CorporationCompany, on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement, for the Subscription Purchase Price which is payable as described in Article 4 hereto4.

The Subscriber hereby confirms its irrevocable subscription for and offer to purchase the Units from the Corporation, on and subject to the terms teens and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement, for the Subscription Price which is payable as described in Article 4 hereto.

Subscription for the Units. The Subscriber hereby confirms its irrevocable subscription for and offer to purchase the Purchased Units from the Corporation, on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement, for the Aggregate Subscription Price Amount which is payable as described in Article ARTICLE 4 hereto. The Subscriber acknowledges (on its own behalf and, if applicable, on behalf of any Disclosed Principal) that upon acceptance of this Agreement by the Corporation, this Agreement will constitute a binding obligation of the Subscriber (including, if applicable, any Disclosed Principal) subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
