Common use of Subscription Documents Clause in Contracts

Subscription Documents. On or before the Closing Date, the Subscriber shall review, complete and execute the Omnibus Signature Page to this Agreement, the Investor Profile, Anti-Money Laundering Form and Investor Certification, attached hereto following the Omnibus Signature Page (collectively, the “Subscription Documents”), and deliver the Subscription Documents to the Company’s attorneys, Cxxxx Kxxxx Xxxxx LLP, LLP (“CKR”), at the address set forth under the caption “How to subscribe for Units in the private offering of Cerulean Group, Inc.” below. Executed documents may be delivered to CKR by facsimile or electronic mail (e-mail), if the Subscriber delivers the original copies of the documents to CKR as soon as practicable thereafter.
