Common use of Subscription Documents Clause in Contracts

Subscription Documents. On or before the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall review, complete and execute the Omnibus Signature Page to this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement, Investor Profile, Anti-Money Laundering Form and Investor Certification, attached hereto following the Omnibus Signature Page (collectively, the “Subscription Documents”), and deliver the Subscription Documents to CKR Law LLP (“CKR”), at the address set forth under the caption “How to subscribe for Shares in the private offering of Valeritas Holdings, Inc.” attached hereto as Annex A. Executed documents may be delivered to CKR by facsimile or .pdf sent by electronic mail (e-mail), if the Purchaser delivers the original copies of the documents to CKR as soon as practicable thereafter.
