Subscription Contract. These terms of service, as amended/modified from time to time, the CAF, the Privacy Policy and/or the offers and conditions on the Company Website, shall collectively be referred to as, the ‘Contract/ Subscription Contract’. By executing the CAF and/or by using the Services and/or by using any of the services or products provided by the Company in connection with the Services, the Subscriber signifies that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions mentioned in the Contract.

Subscription Contract. Your order for a Subscription constitutes an offer by you to enter a Subscription with us. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email (the "Confirmation Email"). These Terms will become legally binding on you and us with respect to each Subscription when we send you the Confirmation Email for such Subscription. Each Subscription will incorporate the then-current version of these Terms and will be a new and separate contract between you and us (a "Subscription Contract").

When a contract of subscription for stock in a corporation is binding it is a contract between the subscriber or subscribers and the corporation, and its formation and validity are governed by the same principles substantially as any other contract except in so far as such principles may be rendered inapplicable by particular charter or statutory provisions. No express promise to pay is necessary to make the subscriber liable.
