Common use of Subscriber's Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Subscriber's Responsibilities. The Subscriber agrees to: (a) Observe Cataloguing Standards established by the NLJ for the creation of cataloguing records. (b) Contribute electronic records of its catalogue to the Service Provider for inclusion in the Jamaica Union Catalogue. (c) ▇▇▇▇ restricted records that should not be added to the Jamaica Union Catalogue. (d) Provide and utilize the necessary infrastructure, computer hardware and software to enable it to fulfill its obligations under this agreement and to benefit from the Jamaica Union Catalogue.
