Common use of Subscriber's Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Subscriber's Responsibilities. Subscriber will be responsible for supplying its own internet connection, computer and network equipment, and mobile devices to access the Service. As a condition to HotSchedules’ provision of the Professional Services and Technical Support Services, Subscriber will provide all assistance, cooperation, information, equipment, and resources reasonably necessary for HotSchedules to perform such services.
