Subscriber Information Fraud. This occurs when a Dealer, or its Sub-Dealer, uses any Subscriber information for any purpose other than expressly permitted by this Agreement. Activities that Company considers to be fraudulent are not limited to the foregoing and will result in the immediate termination of this Agreement in Company’s sole discretion.
