Subscriber Data and Access. The parties acknowledge that the Licensed Software has been specifically designed to permit your Subscribers and Authorized Users to access Subscriber’s data and other data via the Internet. The parties agree that we will not be responsible for controlling the quality or accuracy of your data nor shall we be responsible for the data or any liability due to the nature of the data, provided that we do not intentionally or unintentionally alter, modify, or otherwise corrupt the data after receiving it from you. We rely upon industry available security software to protect the Licensed Software. Both parties will take reasonable precautions to prevent security breaches of the Licensed Software.
