Common use of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Subrogation. In the event of any payment under this Agreement, the Corporation shall be subrogated to the extent of such payment to all of the rights of recovery of the applicable Indemnitee, who shall execute all papers documents required and take shall do all action acts that may be necessary to secure such rights, including execution of such documents as are necessary rights and to enable the Corporation effectively to bring suit to enforce such rights.

Subrogation.
